General

All items are handmade in small batches in a studio in Amersfoort, the Netherlands. Each piece is created with care and attention. Because of the handmade nature, slight variations in size, shape, or finish may occur, this is part of what makes every item unique.

By placing an order through this website, you agree to these terms.

Pricing

Shipping costs are added at checkout. Prices may change over time, but the price confirmed at the time of purchase applies to your order.

Orders & Payment

Orders are processed securely. Payment can be made via the options provided at checkout. Once an order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from the Netherlands within 3–5 working days unless otherwise stated. All packages are sent with track & trace where possible. The Unique Touch is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

Returns

You may return a product within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in original condition and packaging. Please contact me first before sending a return.
Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
Custom-made items cannot be returned.

Liability

The Unique Touch is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect use of the products (e.g., dishwashing, exposure to extreme heat or moisture). Care instructions are provided where needed.

All content on this website, including product designs, photos, and text belongs to The Unique Touch. It may not be copied or used without permission.
